ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

This programme is designed for ambitious professionals, mid-level managers, and entrepreneurs aiming to step into high-level leadership positions. It suits individuals with a recognized Bachelor’s degree and a few years of work experience, as well as experienced non-degree holders qualifying through the APEL.A scheme. It provides the general management frameworks required to transition careers, secure promotions, or launch a business venture.

Is this programme for me?

If you enjoy mathematics and science, are fascinated by energy and electronic gadgets, and want to design and invent things that benefit society, you can consider electronic engineering as your career.

What will I learn?

You will gain comprehensive knowledge of strategic management, corporate finance, managerial accounting, marketing strategies, and global supply chain operations. The curriculum heavily integrates data analytics, digital transformation, and business intelligence to prepare you for modern corporate environments. Learning is practically applied through case studies, corporate business simulations, and live consulting projects rather than traditional academic research.

What should I expect?

You should expect an intensive and collaborative environment centered on the case-study method and team-based projects. Full-time programmes typically require one to one-and-a-half years to complete, while part-time and online formats take one-and-a-half to three years to accommodate full-time work schedules. Success requires strong time management to handle heavy coursework, boardroom-style presentations, and group projects alongside your existing job commitments.

Who will employ me?

Top employers in Malaysia actively hire MBA graduates across almost every industry sector. You can expect opportunities with management consulting firms, major financial institutions, multinational technology companies, consumer goods brands, and large local conglomerates. Graduates frequently secure roles such as strategy consultants, corporate strategy managers, business development leads, and operations directors.

How much will I make?

Graduates typically see a notable salary increase, earning around 30 percent more on average than non-MBA holders in similar roles. Entry-to-mid-level MBA positions command starting salaries between RM 6,000 and RM 10,000 per month. Mid-to-senior managers with substantial work experience earn between RM 10,000 and RM 20,000 per month, while executive roles can exceed RM 25,000 per month depending on the business school's prestige and industry focus.
