On 28 October 2021, a webinar series “Mengurus Konflik Membina Legasi” was conducted at 2.30pm via FB Live empowerNCER Academic Perak. This programme was carried out to help participants to effectively manage conflicts at the workplace and to guide teachers on how to create a harmonious working environment and produce successful legacies.
Each Service Provider is required to hold a webinar session to be attended by the participants of all four (4) Service Providers namely Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI). IUKL has opted for a webinar session for teachers. The panel members included Mohd Amin Ab Aziz, a licensed and registered counsellor of IUKL and moderated by Mohd Azley Ariff, Project Manager for Phase 1 Batch 1 empowerNCER Academic programme.
As the Service Provider of the empowerNCER Academic programme for the 2021/2022 session, IUKL will be taking on the responsibility of carrying out the services to 5 districts – 2 existing districts for Phase 1 Batch 2 (Kerian and Larut, Matang & Selama) and 3 new districts for Phase 2 Batch 1 (Manjung, Perak Tengah and Bagan Datuk). 200 students will be selected from each district to participate in the programme. empowerNCER Academic is designed to help the B40 students to achieve greater heights through a holistic approach to education, with emphasis on academic excellence, skills, competencies and personal development.
