On December 27, 2025, Nanning College celebrated its 40th anniversary under the theme “Forty Years of Glory · Self-Reliance and Excellence.” Kuala Lumpur University of Science and Technology (KLUST) was honored to be invited and warmly received. The celebration featured a grand ceremony, academic forum, torch relay, and cultural gala, bringing together alumni, faculty, students, and distinguished guests to witness the college’s remarkable achievements over four decades.
Joining the “Youlin” Alliance to Advance Regional Cooperation
Since President Li Dongxue’s visit to KLUST in 2023, the two institutions have continuously expanded academic exchanges and cooperation. In 2024, KLUST welcomed exchange students from Nanning College, and this year, a second group of 27 students from various disciplines joined study and research programs, further strengthening mutual understanding and friendship.
On this special occasion, KLUST officially joined the ASEAN Higher Education “Youlin” Alliance initiated by Nanning College. The alliance aims to promote joint programs, strengthen inter-university ties, and foster collaborative development. KLUST looks forward to working closely with member institutions to support one another, grow together, and create new opportunities in research, academic exchange, and regional cooperation—contributing to educational advancement and the cultivation of globally minded talent.
