22nd KLUST Convocation 2026 Guidelines
Graduands are advised to read the official guidelines carefully and complete all required preparations before the Convocation Ceremony.
Date: 24 October 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 8:00 am–2:00 pm
Venue: Rafflesia Ballroom, Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya
The guidelines include information on:
- Attendance requirements
- Graduation fees and payment
- Academic regalia collection
- Graduands’ dress code
- Guest passes and admission
- Briefing and rehearsal
- Certificate collection
- Important dates and checklist
Important Payment Deadline
The Graduation Fee must be paid by 27 September 2026. The payment slip must be emailed to bursary@klust.edu.my.
