On 25 December 2025, a delegation from Kuala Lumpur University of Science and Technology (KLUST), led by Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Ir Ts Dr Tan Chee Fai and Deputy Director of the Chancellery Office, Ms. Wong Yee Kuai, visited Guangxi University in Nanning to explore long-term strategic collaboration.
The delegation was warmly received by Professor Yu Wenjin, Vice-Chancellor of Guangxi University, along with senior leadership. Both universities discussed student joint programs, faculty exchanges, research collaboration, and short-term training, with a focus on intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and the digital economy.
KLUST emphasized its commitment to long-term partnerships, leveraging Guangxi University’s strengths to co-develop internationalized talent and innovative programs that benefit both institutions and the ASEAN–China region.
