KLUST is proud to share that our President, Professor David Ngo, was invited as a speaker at the National Economic Outlook Conference (NEOC) 2025, organised by Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER) on 27 November 2025 at Menara Affin @ TRX.
This year’s theme — “Towards Innovation-Based Economic Growth” — brought together national leaders, policymakers, and industry experts, including Finance Minister II and Acting Economy Minister Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan.
Professor David was honoured to speak on how China, ASEAN, and Malaysia can drive growth through technology, talent development, and innovation. His message was simple:
the future belongs to nations that innovate with purpose and move with confidence.
